Facingincreasingly fierce market competition, radio and television media enterprisetransformation is at a crucial turning point in the strategic. Today, the competition,in thefinal analysis,is the competition of talent.Nowadays,the resource of knowledge becomesthe main factors of production instead of land and capital. Human beings become the firstresource. The media industry transforms knowledge and talent into the most dynamicsocial productive products.
