The rapid development of Internet based information technology and the new media brings competitive pressure as well as new opportunities on the traditional media. In the media industry, human resource is the key resource, is the first productivity, in the network economy era, this will be more evident. Although in recent years, the traditional media has been trying to implement enterprise management, however, most traditional media units, basically still stays in the level of personnel management institutions traditions, its disadvantages in management concept, management system and so on, can not adapt to the human resource management in the new competitive environment, and has become an obstacle to the further development of traditional media.In recognition of the new competition environment, and based on the enterprise scientific management, and the selected new enterprise strategy and new business model, a key problem is:How do the traditional media units manage to integrate its human resources, and fully exploit its human resources to obtain new force of development?This is an important and urgent task.Integrating human resources, is to make the organizational goals and personal goal to achieve better integration,and thus realize the common development of organizations and individuals. However, the human resources integration is a systematic and complex task, involving such as overall design, recruitment, performance management, compensation management and training and development, and many other links and elements, thus requests certain theoretical guidance, scientific and effective strategy and mode, and as well as the practice in an orderly way.Taking the broadcast media and HEBEI broadcast for an example, this paper discusses the above problem and get some suggestive results.
