Semiconductor manufacturing is a typical knowledge intensive industry.Compared with other knowledge intensive industries,because of the huge capital investment and production costs,it attaches great importance to the training of employees' ability and the improvement of work efficiency.Therefore,the urgent demand for knowledge management is far more than other industries.At present,there are relatively few literature on knowledge management in semiconductor industry.Although semiconductor manufacturing enterprises generally take the importance of knowledge and the urgency of knowledge sharing very seriously,due to the lack of professional management and continuous investment in practical work,the effect of knowledge management sharing within enterprises has not yet reached the expected level.This thesis takes the knowledge management of the process Department of Dalian ? company as an example to illustrate the current situation and problems faced by the process department in the aspect of knowledge management,and makes a relatively detailed and in-depth analysis through the study of relevant theories,combined with practical experience and understanding.Through the discussion of this thesis,three main optimization solutions are put forward: knowledge classification and quality management based on work content and knowledge maintenance mechanism to ensure the basic conditions of knowledge management and knowledge sharing;system technology support based on Microsoft 365 to build a unified knowledge management and sharing platform,relying on the optimization of system and process to realize the efficiency of knowledge management and sharing.In order to promote the continuous improvement of knowledge sharing,the organizational environment construction for culture and incentive mechanism should support knowledge sharing culture based on organizational structure,and design indicators to quantify the contribution of knowledge,combined with reasonable and effective incentive mechanism.Based on the practice of knowledge management in the process Department of semiconductor manufacturing companies,combined with theoretical literature research,this thesis hopes to provide some reference and useful reference for the knowledge management of semiconductor manufacturing enterprises.
