With the increasing of the free opening of museums in China,more and more people enjoy the benefits of visiting museums.Improving audience satisfaction is of vital importance for museums to bring into play their social benefits and strengthen their social education functions,as well as to promote museums to optimize public cultural services.As the only comprehensive museum in shihezi city,the museum of Shihezi University is open to the public of shihezi city.By 2019,the museum of Shihezi University has received more than 250,000 visitors.In view of the increasing number of museum visitors,in order to better meet the needs of visitors,we need to better improve the service quality of museum of Shihezi University.Therefore,the author studied the influence of museum audience satisfaction on the service quality of museum of Shihezi University.This paper,taking shihezi university museum as an example,uses the questionnaire survey as the main research methods,collecting basic data,through the analysis of the questionnaire,understand the audience of shihezi university museum quality of service satisfaction,service quality analysis,inductive museum board problems,thus promote the museum audience satisfaction reasonable Suggestions are put forward.Based on service quality measurement model and the method and measure of customer satisfaction theory,adopt the way of questionnaire to obtain basic data,to the audience the basic features,audience characteristics,audience emotional three aspects carries on the analysis,combined with the conclusion of shihezi university museum to improve design and determine the audience satisfaction solution,finally puts forward the reasonable adjust the opening time,increasing docent volunteers and further improvement should be on equipment,facilities and improve the publicity materials,printing museum and positive Suggestions,As well as carrying out experiential activities,continuously collecting and studying customer needs,strengthening education and training of service quality,improving museum visitor complaint service,strengthening standardized management of service quality,taking audience satisfaction as the goal and other improvement measures and Suggestions.At last,the further optimization of shihezi University museum to improve service quality and audience satisfaction is prospeced.
