With the development and progress of the mobile Internet,great changes have taken place in the ways and channels of information exchange and dissemination,promoting the transformation of social and interpersonal communication methods,and boosting the development of microblog-based information transmission and communication platforms.In the course of carrying out education and teaching activities,colleges and universities need to pass information,interactive information,and exchange of information with relevant audiences so as to achieve the purpose of enabling the audience to obtain correct information and understand the specific conditions of colleges and universities.Bo's establishment and development.However,in light of the actual operation situation,the official microblogs of colleges and universities often have problems such as insufficient emphasis,single content,inaccurate updates,poor interaction,and lack of intuitive information such as videos and pictures,and lack of linkage between Weibo and WeChat..From the perspective of college students' satisfaction with microblogging,it is of great significance to improve the microblogging service in universities.This paper will begin with the selection of research topics and the background of the research.At the same time,it will also study the generation and characteristics of Weibo,related information services,user satisfaction surveys,and quality improvement related theories.The evaluation indicators of the microblog information service are described.Then the follow-up status of microblog information service quality in colleges and universities is carried out from the basic status of microblog information services in colleges,the basic data description of college microblogs,and the microblog applications in colleges and universities.description.Then,questionnaires will be issued from the four aspects of the quality and diversity of information content in colleges and universities,the information service carrier,and the information service process,so that real data can be better obtained,and problems that occur in microblogging services will be solved.analysis.In addition,this paper analyzes the research from the three aspects of the investigation conclusions,problems and insufficiency,countermeasures and suggestions,and sorts out the overall contents at the end to clarify the defects of the research.
