The report of eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China put forward the construction of powerful socialist culture,and stress the need to provide a broad cultural stage for people. The role of the museum has become more and more important in this context. Museum, with its features evolving, audience’s status is promient, and how to let people have a chance to meet with the museum? Audience research is undoubtedly one of the direct, convenient and primary measure. With it’s help, understanding the audience, the correct analysis of visitor behavior, knowing their needs and satisfaction and so on,which is very important to the museum to carry out the social education, to provide warm and thoughtful service."Culture benefit people must firstly close to them"is the theme of this paper.Introduction part briefly expounds the problems of the research background, significance, points out that the audience of the growing spiritual and cultural demand with the contradiction between the backward audience research, leads the audience research significance and research method and process.The first chapter In this thesis,I attempt to study the museum visitors and it’s importance.Both of them are very important to the museum,the strength of them is not only improve the work’s scientifical quality, but also promote the museum’s improvement.In the second chapter, which talk about the main methods and content of the museum audience research, according to the2010~2012Ma’anshan Museum Audience Research and by many of pictures,word and observed characteristics and behavior of the audience, and tried to put forward some suggestions or view to the museum.,which based on the survey data,with the aid of "Maslow’s needs hierarchy and principles",concluded by the museum’s different types of audience’s demand,which should make a positive service measures; To discuss the meaning and importance of the audience’s satisfaction to Maanshan museum audience survey data as the basis, to the audience’s demand, satisfaction survey, preliminary analysis and research, summed up the advantages and disadvantages and put forward the corresponding Suggestions and measures, the populist, huimin measures conclusions:using high-tech Internet of things technology, building the museum audience research mechanism.The conclusion section of the article points out the insufficient research basic conclusions, and put forward the new problem.
