The petroleum & chemical industry is protected by our country as strategic industry. Along with the maturity of socialistic market economy, there will be no protection inside the petroleum & chemical industry, especially after our country joined WTO. The domestic petroleum & chemical corporation is not only facing the challenge of the foreign petroleum & chemical company, but also facing the double task of industry upgrade and structural adjustability.The information system integration is the most powerful approach to management innovation and the most important developmental strategy of china petroleum & chemical corporation. China petroleum & chemical corporation has developed different information system during the different period, which can't communicate with each other and come into being information isolation consequently. In order to eliminate the information isolation, there is necessary for china petroleum & chemical corporation to integrate these independent information system.This paper discussed the information system integration of china petroleum & chemical oil storage corporation, by using data integration and software integration, and analyzed the business process reengineering in the process of information system integration. China petroleum & chemical industry can use information system integration to increase efficiency of oil storage corporation, to reduce operation cost and to improve competitive capability. This research discussed how to connect the information system integration with the business process reengineering. In this thesis an information system integration was designed, and its application to an oil storage corporation showed the information system's efficiency and practicability. |
