In recent years, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) have been more widely used in the chemical industry, manufacturing, iron and steel industry enterprises, but used less in lead and zinc nonferrous metallurgy enterprise. There is still not a mature best solution in nonferrous industry enterprises. Because of the production control mode of these enterprises are more complex, in the past, the enterprise modeling method had not been good used in the development of information system. The information system of these enterprises had accumulated the different software modules, they have not formed the whole, data consistent production management information system. Therefore, to establish a business and management as the guidance, integration platform can quickly construct a complex application system solution, it is important for the development of these enterprises.The primary works in this thesis are presented as follows:(1) Taking the traditional lead and zinc nonferrous metallurgy enterprises as a sample, through large amount of data collection and research, this thesis found out the situation of control technology and equipment, analyzes all aspects of the production process and the management of the enterprise, put forward the construction demand of production management information system of enterprise, difficulties and technical route;(2) Taking a full consideration to the needs of generality, flexibility and efficiency, this thesis determine the key technology and model of system construction, put forward the integration platform solutions. Useing the technology of ArchestrA architecture and the business architecture platform model, this thesis successfully constructs the enterprise production management infrastructure platform;(3) On the basis of the platform, this thesis has builded all kinds of application system of the whole process of production control, including the real-time date acquisition and storage system, the production monitoring system, the production data query and analysis system, the loadometer data acquisition and analysis system, the quality inspection and energy metering management system, the production management information system, the production plan management information system and the lightweight class EXCEL report system. Based on ERP and MES theory and the business and management framework model, this thesis designs and constructes the solution of "the production management information system based on business and management framework". The systerm has been used in several of nonferrous metallurgy enterprises. Through the research and the application of the system, the enterprise not only saves a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but also optimizes the business control mode for the enterprise, enhances the ability to control the business, and greatly improves the efficiency and level of management. This thesis provides a complete, scientific and operational model for the informatization construction of nonferrous metallurgy enterprises, because of this, it has a strong theoretical guidance and practical significance.
