Discrete production refers to the production mode of materials from materials to semi-finished products and then to products through several discontinuous processes.Its production process is flexible and easy to organize,so it is an important low-end manufacturing production mode.Its production process is flexible and easy to organize.So it is an important low-end manufacturing production mode.However,due to the discontinuity of production process and the dependence of production line data on manual control,there are deficiencies in data real-time,accuracy and statistical processing,which is easy to cause information fault between workshop management and production line.In this paper,the data management requirements of discrete assembly line are fully considered,then a general data link architecture suitable for discrete assembly line is proposed to realize collection,transmission and analysis management of the data.Its feasibility is verified by the experimental study of the assembly line of a vehicle mounted electronic water pump.The main contents of this paper include:(1)a production line data link model based on the distributed wireless network is proposed.The model adopts the combination of C/S architecture and B/S architecture and uses wireless network as the transmission medium and the server and the node as distributed network to realize the information interaction and data management between the stations.The database and web application program are designed to realize data storage and WEB access.(2)The underlying hardware platform which is suitable for the general data link architecture is designed.Based on STM32,the bottom hardware controller is designed.According to the interface requirements of conventional actuator and sensor system,the IO board is designed to provide multiple ADCs,communication bus,logic control and other configurable interfaces.The combination of the bottom hardware controller and the IO board can adapt to different functions and realize the hardware configuration for different production line applications through the driver library,which improves the universality of the hardware system.(3)Based on the general data link architecture proposed in this paper,a discrete assembly production line data system for a vehicle mounted electronic water pump is designed.In the system,the production line data is effectively monitored and statistically analyzed in the background,which proves the effectiveness and generality of the architecture proposed in this paper.The innovation of this paper includes: combining the distributed network in the computer field and production line management,a general discrete data management system architecture is proposed.The data management architecture proposed in this paper has good universality and scalability and is suitable for discrete production with similar characteristics through the configurable modular bottom hardware interface and driver library design,The research work of this paper can significantly improve the automation level of discrete production lines and realize the information sharing between discrete stations effectively.It's more conducive to the timely adjustment of production schedule,material scheduling and personnel management and effectively improve the scientific management and decision-making level,efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
