With the development of modern production management, management with informatization, automation and intelligent production in modern factories has become the dominant mode. The developing tobacco industry has met challenges and opportunities of production management in this new situation. Modern production management could provide efficient, economical, safe management for tobacco companies, including materials management, staff management, warehouse management and production lines management, thereby reducing management costs, improving management efficiency, enhancing the regulatory capacity for the whole production process, and adapting to the rapid development of the modern tobacco enterprises, which finally improves the profitability of the enterprise. According to the500kg/h silk test line in a certain tobacco factory, by means of software engineering, in combination with the informationalized production management ideas, the thesis designs a networked Production-Data-Management-System for the tobacco silk test and puts it into practice.First of all, the thesis analyses the backgrounds and the requirements of the project in the Production-Management-System of the tobacco industry test line; it’s to master the problems facing in the design and analyze the actual process in the tobacco production, as well as the characteristics of the silk test line for500kg/h. On the basis of that, the thesis analyses the functional requirements and the non-functional requirements of the system, and makes them into detailed documents and charts.Baced on the requirement analysis, the paper designs the architecture of the Production-Data-Management-System in the silk test line. Firstly, design objectives and principles of the system are put forward according to the system demands; secondly, the thesis designs the technology and function frameworks for the system. The technology framework uses the.NET hierarchical model and analyzes the functions of each layer, mainly considering the scalability, the maintainability and the performances of the system. Yet in the design of the function framework, the paper discusses the components of the system; finally the author puts forward an integrated system process.After that, the thesis designs the Production-Data-Management-System of the tobacco silk test, which is strictly according to the requirements from the previous analysis and the demands of the framework. After the detailed analysis of the whole model structure for the Production-Data-Management-System, the author puts forward the hierarchical structure diagram and the overall functional structure diagram of the system, and based on that, the author describes the design concept of each functional module.In the fourth part, the paper firstly describes the overall design of the system, as well as puts forward the overall design sketches and a part of the experimental codes; secondly, it simply introduces the process of the representative Sub modules in those main modules, and gives out some core codes and the final figures. Finally, the paper simply analyses the demands and principles of the system tests, and mainly focus on the analysis of the environment building and process for the integration test.At last, the author simply summarizes the application of the Production-Data-Management-System of the tobacco silk test, and puts forward some suggestions on the further improvement of the system.In conclusion, this thesis designs a Production-Data-Management-System for the tobacco silk test and put it into practice, on the basis of the analysis for business characteristics and requirements of the500kg/h silk test line.
