With the increasingly fierce market competition and the production of products more complex,uncertainty in the production line of the shop floor increases,so enterprise production line production process' s effective monitoring and management gains a great deal of attention.This paper bases on the actual production line needs,aiming at many and complex problems in the production line monitoring,firstly from the overall point of view,the monitoring objects in the production line,the key monitoring process and the data flow in the monitoring process are analyzed in detail,then on this basis,this paper presents a three-tier system architecture including data acquisition layer,data integration layer and application service layer;For the problem of data collection on the production line scene,firstly the general process of data acquisition is analyzed,and then combined with the characteristics of monitoring elements on the production line,the acquisition structure suitable for the production line data is designed,the structure of the proposed message queue based on the server is a good solution to the underlying data source of the issue of concurrent acquisition,meanwhile,a scheme based on RFID bottom data acquisition is proposed,meeting data acquisition's needs of the actual production line;This paper aims at the key position of industrial robot in workshop production line,based on Monitoring Method of GTS Motion Controller of Industrial Robot,which realizes the monitoring of the running state of the robot;Aiming at the problem of robot 's fault alarm,fault tree analysis is used to analyze the faults of industrial robots,determining the type of fault which the robot has,establishing industrial robots fault knowledge base,which provides a scientific basis for fault alarm;At the end of the paper,based on the three-layer architecture,data acquisition technology,robot state monitoring and fault analysis,the monitoring system client is developed.
