Silk Production Line Production Management System

The production management system for tobacco primary processing line is the information integrated link between planning tier of tobacco enterprise and control system of primary processing line and is the core software of tobacco enterprise integrated manufacturing.The production management system offers data interface to ERP,MRPⅡetc. and offers processing line information and offers basis for decision-making. Also is the approach to production process and scheduling the production.On the base of analyzing the real process of tobacco primary processing line we design and implements these functions includes:product recipe management,equipment fault management, production states management,user management,quality management,material requirements planning,production process modeling,production plan management,production data management.In the development process of the system we use object-oriented software development approach.In the requirement analysis, system designing, codding phase,we use object-oriented software development approach, such as use case diagram,class diagram,sequence diagram and C# programming language. We use three tire software architect which enhances system flexibility. Since this system is involved in primary production process in various business sectors, in order to facilitate the deployment of the system we use ASP.NET-based B/S software structure. In system testing phase we use agile test techniques such as unit test,code coverage,Fit framework based acceptance test. We use industrial real-time database as data acquisition component of all system.The above research achievements have already been explicitly carried out in tobacco primary processing line of a tobacco factory and phase success has been made. It is proved that the production management system in this thesis is applicable and in accordance with the current domestic situation and reaches the intended purpose of the thesis.
