PVC gloves are widely used in health and family labor protection, etc in sanitaryinspection, food industry, chemical industry, electronic industry, pharmaceutical industry,paint industry, printing and dyeing industry, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry andother industries. With the development of electronic technology, control theory andcommunication technology, the traditional production line system can’t adapt to the trendof intelligent and data acquisition on the whole production line. In order to reduce thelabor intensity, improve the safety control in the production process, realize the automaticarchiving and of production data, display the real-time production data, convenientmanagement, from getting familiar with PVC gloves production line and productiontechnology, by the means of advanced automation technology, this article makes anin-depth study on how to implement PVC gloves production line data acquisition.This dissertation analyzes the process of PVC gloves production line and somecharacteristics of currently available data acquisition system, research on key pointsaffecting production. Put forward the overall scheme of data acquisition and managementsystem for gloves production line, taking PLC as the control core and remote I/O asacquisition and output slave station using the field bus communication networkspecification consists of a distributed control system.This dissertation made a detailed site on the detection of the whole production line,made a thorough analysis of the monitoring points, made plenty of analysis andexperiment to improve system installation and commissioning this paper completed thework of sensor installation, wiring and control cabinet accordingthe real-time monitoringof temperature, liquid level and other main parameters, It also puts forward solutions tosolve the problems suan as the main control room is far from the site equipment, signaltransmission of long distance not only need to spend a lot of cable and the signaltransmission process is easy to interference signals into the PLC control system.With the requirements of industrial control precision is getting higher and higher,the control of process objects is more and more complex most has the characteristics oftime-varying, large delay, nonlinear, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematicalmodel, classical control.Modern control theory can’t meet the control requirements,combined with the classical control theory in the PID control to solve the problems suchas instability in the process of production. This dissertation completed the research of data acquisition and management systemof gloves production line, described the design of hardware and software, interface designand control, as well as all the control elements of mutual cooperation.
