The concept of data management is explained in many aspects. With this basis, the influence of manufacturing about data management is discussed.(2) The basic theories of software need are described, With this basis, the combination among the situation of discrete factory, the development of software need is analyzed. Then the software development methods are explained in many aspects, at the same time on basis of the system function choose the relevant development methods. The general structure is put forward, also the system frame and the running mechanism.(3) With design ideation of production structure tree basis, the management model of production structure is built, the information of production object is managed.
