As one of the important logistics industries,warehousing service level has a great impact on the comprehensive performance of logistics system.With the increasing demand for storage,the third-party automated warehouse(TPAS/RS)has gradually become a new service mode to replace the traditional warehousing by providing professional and comprehensive warehousing service solutions.At present,there are many problems in the service of the third-party stereoscopic warehouse in our country,such as the high cost of warehouse construction,the mismatch between supply and demand,and the incomplete developm ent of dispatching potential.Therefore,it is an effective way to improve the operation efficiency and service level of the three-dimensional warehouse based on the existing equipment to solve the above problems.Through the analysis of the current situat ion of the company's warehouse center,the relevant research data are obtained,such as the arrival of goods,equipment information of each workshop,the overall operation process,equipment layout scheme,etc.And points out the problems existing in the storage process of the company.Using anylogic simulation software to simulate and model the warehouse process of the company,verify the simulation results according to the simulation results,point out the problems existing in the warehouse center from th e simulation results,and analyze these problems.Starting from the warehouse as a whole,this paper studies the optimization of the company's automated warehouse,such as the operation of workshop equipment and the layout of storage facilities,and carrie s out simulation research on the optimized warehouse center model.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation operation results of the warehouse before and after optimization,it can be seen that the storage and delivery volume of the optimized warehouse are improved,the operation efficiency of each workshop is improved,the working efficiency of AGV car is improved,and the goods circulation is more smooth.Through comparison,the feasibility of the optimization scheme can be obtained and the s torage efficiency of the company is improved.
