The semiconductor industry has experienced rapid development with the development of science and technology as a pillar industry in the information age, and re-entrant production system, as a typical production system of semiconductor industry has been paid a lot of attention in academia and industrial field over the years. As the semiconductor industry competition intensifies, high management efficiency and utilization efficiency of resources becomes the key to beat the competitions, therefore, the systematic and comprehensive study of re-entrant manufacturing system has important theoretical and economic value. The current study of re-entrant production system focuses more on the study of scheduling strategy and scheduling algorithm, which are complex and usually high solving process requirements, and there is no consistent and complete conclusion till now. Based on this, this thesis introduces the characteristics, structure and state of scheduling of re-entrant production system, on the basis of the simulation modeling of re-entrant production systems, this thesis analyzes the utilization rate of equipment, production output and production cycle time under various scheduling strategy of the production system based on the results of simulation analysis by Anylogic, the paper further analyzes the equilibrium of the system effects by the different feeding interval and key equipment location, puts forward the concept of the pure process time, and analyzed the inner link between the pure process time and system behaved, gets the conclusion mainly includes the following two aspects:(1)To scheduling policies, the FBFS tends to have high utilization rate, but easy to cause queuing problem and increase production inventory and WIP, reduced the output of system; Longest queue buffer priority scheduling policy helps to reduce the waiting time in the work piece in the system, which is suitable for the emergency order; The LBFS can help to improve the system output, but the equipment utilization rate is not high, make the equipments be idle.(2)To the effect of system parameters on the system balance, utilization rate of equipment is effected by each pure process time of work station itself, pure process time of the bottleneck equipment, feeding interval and bottleneck position; Adjusting the equipment capacity to make each pure process time close to the bottleneck pure process time, which can improve the utilization rate of the system as a whole, reduce waste of resources and improve the balance of the re-entrant production system.
