Operation Process Simulation And Optimization Of Distribution Center Based On Anylogic

The operation process of logistics distribution center includes "warehousing-storage-picking-sorting-temporary storage-outbound" and so on,in which sorting is a very heavy work.Especially in the face of the retail industry with more varieties and less batch orders,the labor of the distribution center is greatly increased.Without the support of new technology,the operation efficiency will be reduced.At the same time,the demand for logistics service and quality is also higher and higher,which makes some large chain business companies regard picking and sorting as two major problems.Based on the analysis of the current situation of distribution center logistics and the feasibility of applying Anylogic to the simulation modeling of logistics distribution center,this paper focuses on the general small logistics distribution center.Using Anylogic software to simulate the logistics distribution center,through the research of logistics distribution center simulation,finds out the problems of logistics distribution center.Aiming at the existing pain points of distribution center,this paper seeks to improve the resource utilization and operation efficiency of logistics operation of distribution center,reduce the logistics cost and allocate resources reasonably,which has practical reference significance for the industry.The specific research methods and results are as follows:(1)Through the literature review method,access to relevant literature,on the basis of reading a large number of literatures,analysis of the basic status of distribution center logistics.Using bibliometric analysis method and CiteSpace software,this paper analyzes the high-quality core literature data of web of science and China journal full text database in recent ten years.So as to grasp the future development trend of this field.(2)Through a large number of literature research and case analysis,combined with the knowledge of logistics engineering,the relevant data of logistics distribution center are obtained,such as the arrival time/quantity of goods,the delay time of handling goods in each work area,the quantity of resource allocation,etc.,which provide data support for the establishment of simulation model.Then,the simulation software Anylogic is used to simulate a series of encounters in the process of goods entering the logistics distribution center system until the end of delivery.Finally,the simulation results and the statistical chart of related resource utilization are obtained.Through the analysis of the results of the simulation model,the bottleneck problem of the distribution center is found out,and the operation process and resource allocation of the distribution center are optimized by adjusting the parameters and delay time of the simulation model.(3)Combined with the data information of M company's field investigation,through modeling and Simulation in the same way,the problems of working time and resource allocation in each functional area of M company are improved,so as to verify the scientificity and practicability of the model.It shows that the simulation and optimization method has reference value for the configuration and operation of other logistics distribution centers,and has practical reference significance.Figure 51 table 22 reference 76...
