With the increasingly fierce competition in computer products, the brand influence and the brand image have become an important factor to attract consumers. So computer companies must provide not only the high-quality products, but also the fast and efficient service at the same time. In the service part, timely supply of service spare parts and reasonable inventory reserves is the major factor to the impact on the quality of service. Business service sector play an important role in computer service spare parts repairing, which will bring a profit to company, as well as other hidden benefits. Service sector can not only provide service parts sales functions, but also extend the computer equipment maintenance and product life cycle to obtain benefits or other invisible earnings. In the after-sales service, repair-service is the most important part and the customer focus as well.In this paper, we first take a combination of methods, including systematic analysis and quantitative analysis. We collected the relevant data about computer and the spare parts, analyze the relevant data distribution. All of this is to lay the foundation for the system modeling. In this paper, by studying the computer market life cycle, computer spares parts’life cycle, feature category, and the failure rate of spare parts which affect the spare parts’demand, using AnyLogic simulation software, we analysis the service parts inventory and give a forecasting, The purpose is to have a reasonable control about spare parts procurement and inventory to reduce the cost.
