China is undergoing a rapid urbanization process,and major cities are expanding at a rapid rate.While people enjoy the economic development brought about by urbanization,urbanization also brings problems: the daily commuting time is increasing,and the emission of greenhouse gases is more.People will choose housing based on their own consumption level and combined with various factors.When the government formulates real estate and land policies,it hopes that families can find the most suitable housing for them and the company chooses the most suitable place of work.The MUST-B theoretical model(a multi-agent LUTI model)is proposed on this basis.The MUST-B model is designed to assist decision-making(help formulate government policies)to guide the urbanization trajectory of the region toward an improvement Sustainable development.As a theoretical model,the MUST-B model needs a simulation program to simulate the changes in the real world under the theory of the MUST-B model,so as to obtain results to verify its correctness.This article is based on the intersection of computer science and economics,using computer-related methods and tools,using Hi LLS as the design language,and completing the simulation program code implementation of the MUST-B model on the AnyLogic platform,through demand analysis,detailed design,and code implementation The sequence of code testing and result analysis completes the simulation development of the entire MUST-B model.In the demand analysis,this article reverse-engineered the existing MUST-B simulation program to obtain the Hi LLS model of the existing simulation program and obtain effective information from it.After analyzing the results of the code reverse work,this article began a formal demand analysis,and generated class diagrams of cities,regions,families,companies,etc.in order,and got three main functional modules: family module,company module and builder module.In the demand analysis,not only the class is analyzed and designed,but the simulation process is also designed using HSystem in Hi LLS.The simulation process is the process by which the above modules are called,and these processes are also the behavior of the subject in reality.The detailed design carried out detailed functional design for each module,and also designed the functions in HSystem.The development of the simulation program was completed in the code implementation phase,and the subsequent testing work performed white box and black box double tests on the program.The final analysis uses two methods to briefly analyze and display some of the obtained results.The main work of this paper is(1)proposes a general method of developing theoretical model simulation simulation program: using Hi LLS for design,AnyLogic for development and supplemented by software engineering development process.(2)The development of the MUST-B model simulation simulation was completed,and the prediction results of the MUST-B model for the future urban real estate market were obtained.These results can play a reference value for the government's policy making.
