In the information age,in order to improve financial performance,large enterprise groups choose to build financial sharing service centers.The establishment of Financial Sharing Service Center makes the basic financial work of enterprises no longer be carried out by the core talents,which greatly improves the efficiency of financial operation,and makes the operating cost of enterprises decrease greatly.If we want to better realize the function of Financial Sharing Service Center,we should assess and evaluate its performance level,and use appropriate assessment and evaluation methods,so as to find the problems existing in the operation process of Financial Sharing and improve it.The balanced scorecard is a management system of enterprise strategy implementation,which is usually used as a macro tool to evaluate the enterprise,so as to ensure the effective implementation of enterprise strategy.This paper only uses the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the performance of the Financial Sharing Service Center of a company,and constantly improves the operation efficiency and quality of the Financial Sharing Service Center.Based on a systematic review of the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper expounds the theoretical basis for the construction of Financial Shared Service Center from the perspective of process reengineering theory and collaborative theory,and takes company a as an example to explore the establishment and operation mode of Financial Shared Service Center,This paper compares and analyzes the changes of financial performance of a company before and after the adoption of Financial Sharing Service Center at the financial level,customer and internal process level,and organizational learning and growth level.The cost profit margin and operating cost in the financial level are difficult to reflect the sharing center separately,so the group data is selected to reflect them,The rest of the data subjects are financial sharing center,which determines the significance of Financial Sharing Service Center for the operation and management of company A.Finally,according to the above analysis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the organization and operation mode of Financial Sharing Service Center.I hope that this paper can be a successful use of the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the performance of the Financial Sharing Service Center.By analyzing the changes of the four key aspects of the performance of the balanced scorecard,readers can fully understand the positive impact of the financial sharing service on the development of enterprises,And it can promote the continuous improvement of Financial Sharing Service Center.
