Financial Shared Service Center is an innovative mode of corporate financial organization and management.It is a new mode that transforms the centralized and simplified operation of group financial work into large-scale and process operation.Financial Sharing Service Center not only helps to strengthen the company's monitoring of process and data in the whole financial management,achieve the improvement of system and standardized management of process,but also helps financial personnel to reduce the workload of repetitive basic operation.It can also strengthen the process standardization management,strengthen the analysis and accuracy of decision-making work,reduce the workload of basic financial operation,reduce costs and improve work efficiency.Under the promotion of relevant policies in China,the development of financial shared service centers in China is relatively rapid,but it is still in the exploratory stage.Most of the financial shared service centers still draw lessons from foreign related studies and cases.Most of the studies regard financial shared service centers as cost centers and focus on the construction of shared service centers In terms of operation mode and business process,in order to better reduce costs and improve efficiency,the concept of performance management of shared service center is relatively weak.The perfect performance evaluation system of Financial Sharing Service Center is conducive to the Financial Sharing Service Center to find and solve problems in time during operation.Therefore,it is necessary and important to establish a perfect performance evaluation system for Financial Sharing Service Center.Through the analysis of the performance evaluation system of T company's Financial Sharing Service Center,it is found that the existing evaluation indicators are only in the level of staff workload and accuracy,not combined with the strategic objectives of the sharing service center;And it mainly focuses on the past information,less on the future information,which is not conducive to the overall performance evaluation and service quality improvement of Financial Sharing Service Center.Based on the Balanced Scorecard theory and SWOT analysis,this paper draws a strategic map from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,namely,finance,internal process,customer and learning growth,and sets24 performance evaluation indicators,which take into account the time dimension from the past to the future and the space dimension from the internal to the external,It can fully show the operation effect of T company's Financial Sharing Service Center.After the evaluation index system is constructed,AHP is used to allocate the weight of relevant indicators,and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the operation status of Financial Sharing Service Center of T company.Finally,according to the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,nine strategies are proposed to improve the performance of Financial Sharing Service center of T company,In order to help the Financial Sharing Service Center of T company provide more efficient and high-quality services for the group on the basis of improving its own efficiency,and also provide ideas for other sharing service centers to establish a perfect performance evaluation system,so as to promote the further development of China's Financial Sharing Service Center.
