A lot of enterprises have organized and developed performance management inside the enterprises with the purpose of making sure of reaching their own operation goals.The commonest operation mode is to decompose operation goals of enterprises,formulate the plans and goals at all levels and then perfect management system according to the organizational structure of enterprises step by step.Enterprises urge staff to realize their personal goals in the manner of “heteronomy”,so as to promote the realization of business goals.However,due to the constant changes of outer market environment,social science and technology level,realistic issues in enterprises,etc.performance management remains one of the key issues of business management and has been attached importance to and studied for a long time.The study has mainly adopted case analysis,document research and other methods,referred to performance management documents and taken the theory and knowledge about performance management as the basis.It takes CL company as the object of study.Its content involves salary and benefit system design,competent qualifications and talent development system design,incentive and performance system design and other aspects.In the end,it summarizes and concludes that the key of successful performance management is to conform to the changes of times and cope with complicated and changeable environment flexibly in time.The mode of traditional performance management is the scientific management theory,which has been developed on the basis of originating from “reductionism”.By means of the top-down deductive analysis,the high-level complicated issues have been decomposed into simple questions,which can be dealt with.Then it replaces the settlement of high-level complicated issues with the settlement of simple problems at all levels.It looks at every factor in isolation during the operation process,overlooks the logical relation among all factors and does not make clear of interior logical relation chain of all human resources management functions either.It is one of the effective ways to improve the performance level in the future by means of balancing the development of three dimensions-enterprise,customer and staff,taking performance management as the core,integrating salary management,competent qualification management,training management,staff's psychological experience management,etc.into one set of performance management system;enhancing the dynamic correlation degree of organizational interests and staff's interests,implementing dynamic management and improving enterprises' coping capacity in complicated and changeable environment.
