The Research And Implementation Of Broadcast & TV Network Performance Management System Under The Environment Of “Triple Play”

Due to the cable network has special advantage in bandwidth-to-the-home and the natural organic combination with computer network, industry experts agree that broadcast &TV networks is the best solutions to achieve the “triple play” and solve the “last kilometer” information high speed network. In this situation, many Chinese broadcast television network companies hope to become “the fourth-largest ISP” after China Unicom, China Telecom and China Mobile. In order to support radio & television network applications and services operate efficient, and the construction of the BOSS system is very important. As an important part of the BOSS system, network performance management is a hot research direction. This paper under the background of the industrial research project in Shannxi Province(project number:2014 k05-43), on the basis of broadcast &TV industry network of one province, do research on the performance management index system, performance data acquisition methods, performance estimation technology and overall system structure. Finally, completes the design and implementation of the broadcast &TV network performance management system.In this paper, first of all, has analyzed the structure characteristic for one provincial broadcast &TV networks, according to its structural and business characteristics research the architecture of network performance management, according to the structure of central-province-city-country, adopt the layered distributed management mode 。 Then combining with the TCP/IP architecture puts forward the hierarchical management system for performance index, introduce the main network performance index, according to the hierarchical mode research the performance index management system for broadcast &TV, respectively from the network layer, resource layer and application layer analysis the key quality indicator(KQI). Then this paper introduce data-capture technology for broadcast & TV networks, mainly including the SNMP protocol as well as the flow stream, and propose the load dynamic feedback scheduling algorithm for distributed management existing the problem of unbalance load task scheduling. Then this paper analysis and research the network performance assessment technique, put forward the performance evaluation model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), and make performance evaluation and validation for web, Streaming and voice business of broadcast & TV through the integration technical of multiple levels and multiple indicators. In the end, this paper introduce the whole framework of system design, deployment structure of system, the communications in modules and data-collect methods, the analysis of data statistics and interfaces of date-monitoring, complete the design and implementation of the broadcasting & TV network performance management system.
