In 2020,influenced by COVID-19,the demand for home office,entertainment,and social communications has surged globally.The 21 st century communications market dominated by 5G communications technology is fiercely competing and gradually forming a three-pronged trend of China,the United States and Europe.After more than a hundred years of catching up,China's communications industry has finally led the world in the field of 5G technical standards and applications.As of September 2020,there are 940 million netizens in my country,of which 932 million are netizens using mobile phones,accounting for 99.2%.Mobile terminals have become the most important portal for traffic in the Internet economy era.The huge market demand generated by the dependence on mobile phones has caused many manufacturers to compete in products,design,service,marketing,price,technical content,and upstream and downstream supply chains.Geopolitical frictions,ideological struggles,demographic changes,rising production costs,and fierce competition have brought huge challenges to mobile phone manufacturers.The Matthew effect in the industry also pushes resources and space to the survival needs of large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises.Forcing operators to re-anchor their business competition strategy,in the hope that the company can survive and gain competitive advantage and excess profits when the 5G era comes in full swing.This article takes Shenzhen Huayue Worldcom Software Technology Co.,Ltd.'s ODM(original design manufacturer)mobile phone business competition strategy as the research theme,uses PEST analysis,five-force competition model and other tools to analyze the external macroscopic and external aspects of Huayue Worldcom's Software Technology Co.,Ltd.'s ODM cell phone business.Progressive analysis of the meso-environment,industry and market environment.Uses other tools to fully analyze the company's resource capabilities and operating status.And quantitatively evaluate internal and external key influencing factors in the middle of the paper,using EFE and IFE matrix as relying on the analysis.It is found that there are effective opportunities outside the company that can be used,and the internal advantages can be used as the internal driving force for development.Through the strategic combination of the SWOT matrix,a competitive strategy that matches the overall development goals of the company is obtained,and the optimal competitive strategy of the company is determined through the QSPM strategy selection tool.And then put forward suggestions on the enterprise's differentiated competition strategy from four aspects: market selection,product design,service quality,channel distribution,etc..Next successfully implemented the enterprise's competitive strategy,from adjusting and optimizing the organizational structure,standardizing the talent reserve training model,and upgrading R&D and production management.Recommendations are given at the six levels of implementation of strategic guarantee operations,including process flow,optimizing marketing strategies,improving corporate culture construction,and financial management standardization.At the end of the paper,a dynamic strategic evaluation plan based on the balanced scorecard is designed.From strategic design to the whole process from implementation to evaluation provides a specific reference plan for Huayue Worldcom to achieve its competitive strategic goals.
