In order to adapt to the 5g network development trend,the relevant national departments combined with domestic cable TV companies to establish China cable broadcasting and television company,which means that the types of business that the broadcasting and television operators will undertake in the aspects of media integration and 5g application will be greatly increased,and in the future,it will compete in all-round aspects in voice,data and television business.However,the whole industry o f radio and television system uses the broadband access technology of copper axis cable and small cable modem terminal system.Under the condition of the gradual expansion of network bandwidth,the maximum 500 m bandwidth of copper axis cable can not satisf y the users.The broadcasting and television operators need to speed up the construction of optical fiber network.This paper is based on the actual situation of the construction of the Kangle village fiber network reconstruction project in Haizhu District,Guangzhou,and combines the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the progress control of the previous operation mode in the selected cases,and then builds a plan model for the progress of this case based on the technology of plan review.The critical path of the case is confirmed through the calculation of the schedule model;The critical path is analyzed by critical chain technology and root variance,so as to determine the critical chain,planning model and total construction cycle of the case.According to the experience at home and abroad,through the relevant progress control theory and the actual management of Kangle village project,the paper establishes the progress management model by using the critical chain technology,and constructs a set of key chain schedule control model suitable for the optic fiber network reconstruction project in the city.The key point of the progress control model is to introduce feedback mechanism,through the supervision of different links,to implement more effective management,and to establish buffer early warning mechanism,give full play to the role of buffer,and effectively enhance the control of the schedule.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing pro blems of Kangle village fiber network reconstruction project schedule management,probes into the optimization of Kangle village fiber network reconstruction project schedule plan,studies the control of Kangle village fiber network reconstruction project schedule,and puts forward the corresponding enlightenment,this paper expounds the guarantee measures for the progress control of fiber network reconstruction project in Kangle village.The results can be used for reference for other communication line co nstruction projects in Guangzhou.
