Research On County Level Financial Media Construction From The Perspective Of New Public Service

Media convergence has now been promoted to the national strategic level.Today,with the integration process accelerating,media convergence is not only carried out from the central media,provincial and municipal media,but also extended to the county-level media.At the national propaganda and ideological work conference in August 21,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that "we must do a solid job in the construction of the county financial media center,better guide the masses and serve the masses".County level media is the most basic part of China's media structure.It has a huge number and is closely connected with the masses.It has a unique advantage.It is one of the effective ways to boost the construction of service-oriented government,and it is also the "last mile" between the government and the public.To build a comprehensive service platform and provide users with political and life services is the only way for the county-level financial media to gradually improve and mature.In the new era,public service has become a service system with the concept of consultation and democratic nature,which takes the pursuit of public interest as the value goal and the promotion of citizen participation as the basic way.The construction of county-level financial media plays a vital role in building a service-oriented government.From the perspective of the new public service theory,this paper systematically analyzes the role of Qingtian media group in the local society,the internal driving force of the organization,the construction of media content production and distribution,and further discusses the construction of county-level financial media and the new public service theory On the adaptability of the theory of the law.In the field investigation of Qingtian media group,the author found that there are some problems in the construction process of county-level financial media,such as the system and mechanism is not smooth,the construction of talent team is not perfect,the media thinking is not unified,and the industrial hematopoietic function is weak.In view of these problems,the author analyzes its current difficulties and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to help Qingtian media group make better construction work in the new public service field.
