In the era of new media,the professional mobility of traditional media professionals has become an overt topic.The author uses Suqian Radio and Television General Station as a sample,and 47 people who left their jobs in 2015-2020 as the research objects.Using a combination of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods,the author further explores the professional mobility of radio and television practitioners in the new media environment.The paper consists of six parts: The first part mainly describes the research background,research status and research significance of this paper,clarifies the research ideas and methods of this paper,and explains the relevant concepts and theories;The second part introduces the survival dilemma of municipal radio and television media under the background of new media and the basic situation of the job flow of Suqian Head Station,and focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the respondents.The third part mainly analyzes the structure of the job flow,including the time distribution,direction distribution and direction distribution.The fourth part,based on Herzberg's two-factor theory and Borg's push and pull theory,analyzes and summarizes the causes of occupational mobility from two dimensions of tension and thrust,and two factors of motivation-health care.The fifth part mainly discusses the obstacles that may exist in the course of career mobility of radio and television practitioners.The sixth part,according to the current situation of municipal radio and television media,gives some countermeasures and suggestions to stabilize the talent team.Media competition is the key talent competition,so we must attach much importance to the talent team construction,but also need not pessimistic about the traditional media,first of all,most media people choose a new career can still play the professional advantages of media,and will believe in journalistic professionalism and years of time to accumulate to a broader platform,even has an inter-bank media also still hold a positive and affirmative attitude to traditional media,that under the new media environment,the traditional media should be more deep content advantage and reshape the new media environment.
