In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet and new media,the advertising revenue of traditional media is falling,whose monopoly position is at stake.On the other hand,the Internet and mobile media's revenue is growing rapidly.As a result,the traditional media who lost the monopoly position is forced to face the market competition situation.Without obvious platform advantage,the team management problems of traditional media agency have been exposed gradually.As the most important thing for traditional media,team management should be paid special attention.Traditional media team management is different from the general team management,which is a special organization developed under the conditions of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,need to take into account the sociality and economic.Departmental team management and media organizations are closely related at the same time.Based on the basic theory of team management,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the general team management and the traditional media organization team management,draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related research and uses the method of interview and questionnaire survey.Finally,Based on the analysis of H TV's organizational structure,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the communication management,target management,human resources disposition and incentive performance management of H TV station team management.At the same time,this paper comprehensively analyzes the reason why the problem exists.and propose corresponding strategies and suggestions for the existing problems.First of all,Countermeasure being proposed from the fundamental to adjusting the organizational structure — improving the team communication mechanism.On the basis of this,trying to clear team goals,develop a reasonable talent system which includes recruit,appoint,reserve,left,use,education".At the same time,paying full attention to the use of appropriate incentives to inspire team members vitality and pass the positive energy.Tiis article is aim at improving the efficiency of team management of the traditional media organizations and enhancing the development of the media programs to provide a better development of new ideas and reference.
