Research On The Optimization Of Social Public Service In Kangda College Library Of Nanjing Medical University

Carrying out nationwide reading activities is an important strategy to improve the social public cultural service system,which is conducive to enhancing the cultural soft power of the party and the country,so as to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and realize the Chinese dream.University library has rich collection resources.It is necessary to comply with the general trend of "scholarly society" and "Nationwide Reading" and actively carry out social services.At present,with the increasing demand for spiritual culture,the public demand for book reading is also more and more vigorous,but the supply of university library socialization service is insufficient.According to the characteristics of the collection,Kangda university library tries to promote book reading through network carriers and offline activities,and has made some achievements in public service practice.However,through the survey,we found that in the process of providing social services,there are still some problems,such as resources tend to be professional;services are limited;reading promotion is not in place;and librarians' motivation to participate in social public services is insufficient;Compared with the readers' access to network resources,the space-time cost of library is higher;The library lacks connection with social readers,and there are not many ways of service;The incentive mechanism is not perfect;Lack of relevant laws and regulations,lack of driving force of public services.Therefore,according to the theory of public goods and public service,if the library of Kangda College wants to optimize its service,it must increase the acquisition of funds and strengthen the inter library cooperation,innovate public service mode and book promotion means,improve the incentive mechanism for librarians and improve rules and regulations to form the impetus of library's social public services.In order to make the university library play an important role in cultivating the public's socialist core values and improving the public's scientific culture and ideological and moral level,we should form a good situation in which the government plays a leading role in management and coordination,the library provides services,and the media and enterprises provide service carriers.
