Research On The Improvement Of Public Service Ability Of Hainan Medical University Library Under The Background Of Free Trade Area (Port)

With the improvement of people's living and the proposal of the national development strategy of "building a healthy China and improving people's health level",more and more people begin to pay attention to their own and family's health,and participate in their own health management actively.In view of this situation,the Hainan Medical University Library is open to the public and provides public services,which can meet the needs of people to know about diseases and health.In 2018,Hainan began to build a free trade area(port),and national policy care for Hainan province.Under this background,the Hainan Medical University Library should make full use of policy,and strive to enhance the capacity of public services and improve the quality of public services.The purpose of this paper is to enhance the public service ability of Hainan Medical University Library under the background of the free trade area(port).By using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire,in-depth interview and network survey,applying the theories of public economics and public management,such as public goods and public services.Comparing and analyzing the development of public service in Medical University Libraries at home and abroad,And investigating the public service of Hainan Medical University Library,finds out the problems and makes an analysis.Finally,based on the background of the free trade area(port),it puts forward some countermeasures for the Hainan Medical University Library include the following points:1.Make full use of policies to construct library,such as extension of premises,literature resources and talent;2.Basic services,based on the advanced experience and free trade area(port)background,put forward basic services suitable for the Hainan Medical University Library.3.Humanized services,include the literature secondary processing,the establishment of health counseling centers and lectures on disease prevention;4.To carry out publicity to improve social awareness,and carry out a wide range of cultural poverty alleviation and health poverty alleviation.
