Study On The Standardization Of Township Archives Management Of J County In Jinan

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economic and social undertakings,a large number of archives have been produced.How to standardize the management and application of these archives has become an urgent problem.With the diversified development of rural agricultural work,the grass-roots file management of towns and streets has been paid attention to,but also faces certain challenges.Through the methods of literature research,statistical analysis and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the standardization of file management in J District of Jinan City.By means of on-the-spot investigation and interview,file management questionnaire and other means,combined with the specific concept theory,it systematically analyzes the five problems existing in the file management of J District of Jinan City: the construction of file management system is not standardized;the construction of file management system is not standardized;the construction of file management system is not standardized;The software and hardware of archives still need to be strengthened;The construction of archives resources is not standardized enough;The information construction of archives is not deep enough;The utilization of archives service needs to be improved.This paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the problems in management,including four aspects: influenced by traditional ideas,we do not pay enough attention to archives work;The concept of archives management is relatively backward and the operation is not standardized;The fund,equipment and personnel of archives management are not enough;The professional level of archives management is not proficient enough.By studying the advanced file standardized management methods of relevant grass-roots organizations at home and abroad,and comparing with the standardized management of other advanced regions and industries,this paper provides reference for the standardized management of grass-roots files in J district.On this basis,combined with relevant theories and advanced experience,aiming at the current situation and existing problems of J district's Town Street archives management,this paper seeks for the standardized scheme of town street grass-roots archives management,and puts forward improvement measures from five aspects of archives system construction,software and hardware construction,resource construction,information construction and service utilization,To ensure that the grass-roots archives management work of J district can create standard highlights and provide necessary and practical basis for economic and social development.
