Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Archives Management In Villages And Towns In Qujing City

Township archives are an important part of the national archives resources.They are foundations for the construction of a new socialist countryside,a new type of urbanization and the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.They support the development of rural economy and society.They are important carriers for preserving rural memory and inheriting rural culture.Besides,they are the important guarantee for safeguarding farmers' rights and interests.In 2013,Qujing City began to adopt the mode of building township archives to promote the management of township archives.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.First of all,it introduces the background of this topic.Secondly,it expounds the research significance of this paper,and then summarize the domestic literature on the management of township archives in China.Finally,it clarifies the overall ideas,methods,innovations,and deficiencies of this paper.The second part gives an overview of Qujing City's township archives and its management.It gives a detailed introduction to the characteristics and management development of Qujing's township archives.The third part is to expound the current management status of Qujing City's township archives from the aspects of management mode,management system,training managers,storage conditions and information construction by combining some specific cases.Based on the actual situation and with reference to the relevant theoretical results,the fourth part is analyzing in depth the reasons for the current problems in Qujing City's township archives management.The fifth part is to put forward the countermeasures and to plan practical and feasible solutions for the management of township archives in Qujing City,with a view to providing reference for the management of township archives in the future.
