Research On Information Management Of Engineering Archives Under The Background Of Smart City

The arrival of the Internet of Everything era has spawned a batch of emerging Internet information technologies,and the wide application of big data and cloud computing has promoted the long-term development of "smart cities" in the new era.At the same time,the continuous expansion of smart city also provides an opportunity for the progress of engineering archives informatization.This article will wisdom city as the research background,with engineering archives information management as the research object,the thorough analysis of relevant problems existing in the management process,the management measures for optimization of engineering archives information,achieve to meet the needs of the wisdom of the city,in order to better guide the practice of project files management and service.First,under the background of research on intelligent city at home and abroad of the engineering archives information,on the basis of relevant theoretical research of intelligent city,engineering archives,the concept and characters of the urban construction archives informatization in our country are summarized,analyzed and wisdom of project files management of urban construction,the relationship among for wisdom city under the background of the work of project files management to provide the reference.Secondly,taking the urban construction archives of Hefei city as an example,the paper analyzes its development status and the achievements of intelligent construction,summarizes the difficulties existing in the information construction of engineering archives in Hefei city and the work plan made by the urban construction archives to cope with the intelligent development.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the information management of engineering archives under the background of smart city at the present stage,such as infrastructure,talent team,system standards,development and utilization of collection resources,and information query methods.Finally,relevant measures for the optimization of engineering archives informatization management under the background of smart city are proposed from three aspects: strengthening the top-level design of engineering archives with intelligent coordination,broadening the management path of engineering archives with intelligent coordination,and building the service system of engineering archives with intelligent sharing.
