China is not only a multi-ethnic country,but also a major agricultural country.In order to record rural production and life,the system of village archives has been used in China.Traditional ethnic minority villages are an important part of the rural grassroots in China.Many traditional cultures and customs of ethnic minorities are retained.Significantly,China has continued to promote the construction of rural areas.In order to better record the number and types of village development files,there have been major changes.Therefore,the management of this issue has also increased difficulty.Research,on the one hand,can study more reasonable archives management methods.On the other hand,it can also play a certain role for village management,and provide a certain reference value for the governance of grassroots rural areas.This article takes Heilongjiang Province as an example to investigate the current situation of village file management in the administrative village of Bohai Town,Ning'an City,Mudanjiang City,one of the traditional minority villages in the province,and understands some of the problems.On this basis,we propose countermeasures to improve the management of village files in the administrative village of Bohai Town,Ning'an City,Mudanjiang City.This is the core of this thesis.
