Teaching quality assessment is an important means of University Teaching Quality, Universities to control the teaching objectives, and teaching method through the results of teaching quality assessment; learn whether the teaching level, school conditions, and other aspects of its own has to meet the school system, the quality of teaching to help colleges and universities to determine their own direction of development, thus enhancing the comprehensive strength of the school.For actual implementation of the evaluation so many years, we found there are a lot of loopholes and shortcomings in university teaching quality assessment. These loopholes and lack is serious impact on the accuracy, fairness, and science of the universities teaching evaluation quality, and hinder the development of the universities. So colleges and universities urgently need to establish a scientific, efficient and complete teaching quality evaluation system. Teaching evaluation is complexly, changeable, the parameters are numerous and uncertainties, the cycle is long and tedious, so this subject aims to establish a teaching quality evaluation system which is scientific, efficient, completely and easy-to-use based on process improvement ideological to solve the series of daunting problem.This topic focuses on the following issues:1. To determine the point of integration for the teaching quality evaluation system and process improvement thinking. Analyze and summarize the project system based on process improve ideological of every industry, to determine the teaching quality evaluation system can be established based on process improvement ideological.2. To determine the model of teaching quality evaluation system. To analyze and study the application of the results of a number of areas, based on The CMM of process improvement ideological, combined with the lack and the characteristics of evaluation, to establish the teaching evaluation system based on the CMM model. 3. The establishment of teaching the indicators and their weights of the Leaching process evaluation. To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current teaching evaluation system, combining with today's society the demand for talent and the features of assessment of university teaching, we establish the evaluation of the teaching process. For this topic we use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to get the weight of evaluation index value.4. To forecast and warn for the data of evaluation. To get the statistical ly analyzed of the original data, the analysis for a variety of the data prediction, to make sure to use the BP neural network to get the model, then we can achieve the forecasting and early warning of the evaluation data, and to verify the accuracy of the results5. The development of the examination paper quality evaluation system. According to the tracking model of teaching process, a user-friendly examination paper quality evaluation system was developed, by experiment to show the reliability and the scientific of the system.
