| With the rapid development of information dissemination technology,radio and television industry is facing the challenge of separation of production and broadcasting due to the impact of the Internet and emerging media,the ratings are gradually declining and advertising revenue is declining.Radio and TV has come to the crossroads of transformation and development.In order to develop better under the new situation,it is very difficult to adapt to the development needs by relying solely on the original standard definition broadcasting system based on the 1.0 architecture of the whole network.It is urgent to speed up the construction of the integrated media high-definition news broadcasting system.In March 2011,Jurong Radio and TV Station completed the construction of non-linear editing production network and media assets management system,using the typical structure of the whole network 1.0.The network architecture of the system is closed and not easy to expand,the storage space of media is insufficient and the function is simple,the production process is one-way closed and isolated from the new media platform,the function of the manuscript system is insufficient and does not support mobile manuscript writing,the channel of the recording system is few and does not support high-definition program recording,the security of the network security transmission system is poor and the transmission efficiency is low,which can no longer meet the integration of all media production.And the production and broadcasting needs of HD programs.Therefore,this paper discusses the upgrading scheme of the non-editorial media system of Jurong Radio and TV Station.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept,development process and development method of management information system,the concepts of media and full media content library,and briefly introduces cloud technology,network-based storage architecture,non-relational database and big data technologies involved in the integration of media platform.Then it introduces the general situation of the development of Jurong Radio and TV Station,the development process of the whole network of TV Station and the general situation of the non-editorial media system,analyses and summarizes the main problems existing in the aspects of network architecture,media storage,production process,manuscript system,collection system and network security transmission system.Then,on the basis of determining the security,availability,high efficiency,easy operation and maintenance,flexibility and expansibility principles of system development,upgrading the non-programming production system of standard-clearing programs,reforming the existing media system and building a new all-media integration platform,from the high-definition program production system,all-media content library system,all-media integration platform,network security.Five aspects of protection system and network monitoring system are analyzed to meet the specific functional requirements of the new system of Jurong Radio and Television Station integrated media news production and broadcasting technology platform.Then,guided by the principles and objectives of system development,on the basis of defining functional requirements,the three-tier architecture model of hardware support platform,business application platform and management platform based on cloud technology is determined.The design of hardware support platform is focused on,including storage and network architecture transformation,network bandwidth and storage capacity design,storage selection,database selection and platform services.Deployment architecture,core storage and server design,high security zone design seven aspects.Finally,from the three aspects of establishing command center,strengthening organization support work,developing training program,improving personnel operation ability,establishing rules and regulations,and improving system support measures,this paper puts forward the effective implementation of the upgrade program. |
