Study On Supplier Selection Of Mobile Phone Manufacturing Industry Under Sustainable Supply Chain Management

With the rapid development of economic globalization,China's 5G technology has gradually matured,and the era of high-speed information transmission has arrived.As a carrier of information,the demand for mobile phones will increase dramatically.In view of the environmental problems caused by the upgrading of a large number of mobile devices and the related social responsibilities of enterprises,enterprises need a stable and sustainable supply chain for their healthy and long-term development.Sustainable supply chain management focuses on the selection of enterprises' suppliers.The mobile phone manufacturing industry is developing rapidly under the current background,which brings many challenges as well as opportunities.Therefore,it is particularly important to help enterprises select suppliers scientifically and reasonably and ensure the stable and sustainable development of enterprise supply chain.First of all,sustainable supply chain management(SCM)is the guiding theory of this paper.Its definition,development course and normative dimensions are illustrated to highlight the benefits of sustainable supply chain management for enterprise development and provide support for supplier selection under sustainable management as follows.The key research direction of this paper is to solve the bottleneck problem that enterprises encounter in the process of production and operation,that is,the supplier selection problem.Based on the existing constraint indicators and forming methods of supplier selection,this paper sorted out the deficiencies of existing research methods and provided a basis for looking for innovation points in the following.Second,according to industry characteristics and the key indicators of supplier selection in the mobile phone manufacturing industry,according to the feedback relationship between indicators to construct the index system,the expert evaluation score will have a larger human error,combining with the existing literature,as a supplement of the unilateral evaluation,respectively,using ahp method and entropy weight method and the subjective and objective weights,reduces the artificial deviation and solve the problem of unable to quantify in qualitative indicators,finally to calculate combination weight combination of subjective and objective weights.Finally,according to the weight of each dimension index determined above and the TOPSIS method,the pros and cons of sustainable supplier alternatives are ranked.However,TOPSIS method has its own defects and can only reflect the relative pros and cons,unable to express the decision-maker's expectation level for each index.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper added stronger constraint conditions and ranked the top three suppliers in the comprehensive index ranked by the ranking method approximating the ideal solution.According to the situation of A company,the MCGP-U method selected the best suppliers from the best,so as to make them more consistent with the demand,achieve A win-win situation between supply and demand,and ensure the procurement quality of A company.
