Researched On Web-based Machine Tool Accessories Supplier Management System

Machine tool industry is the basis of modern manufacturing. With the advent of economic globalization, the machine tool manufacturing companies have to strengthen networked management of parts suppliers. In order to improve the quality of parts procurement, reduce the procurement costs and promote the sustainable development of machine tool industry, the machine tool accessories supplier management system study based on web was proposed.The main content of the machine tool accessories supplier management was given in this paper, and the system architecture of machine tool accessories supplier management were established, the main modules'workflow were described. According to the suppliers'own characteristics and that of the accessories, combined with the setting principles of evaluation index, a set of comprehensive evaluation index system were established, the inspection content and the specific inspection methods of each indicator were also described in detail. Supplier selection is the core step of supplier management. Therefore, the supplier selection process in this article was divided into primary selection and check selection. In the primary selection, candidate suppliers were determined through investigation, survey and expert advice etc. As for the check part, the mathematical model of machine tool accessories supplier selection which based on F-AHP (Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process) was established, an example of FTDK5040 CNC engraving machine was selected to carry out step by step with F-AHP, and the reasonableness of the mathematical model was verified. Based on the key technologies of supplier management, a prototype system was developed. The system's main functions were achieved, both the feasibility of the system and the correctness of the theory were verified.The web-based machine tool accessories supplier management system, provided a platform for machine tool manufacturers to manage their parts suppliers and reduced the time of supplier development, it applied real-time monitoring network to identify and optimize the procurement strategy, also enhanced the competitive advantage.
