In order to solve standardization and individuality question of enterprise business process, the supply chain business process of framework is divided into internal process and public process. On the basis of public process similarity and relevance on industry supply chain, the third party business to business integration platform was established to realize dynamic and customizable public process management, such as customization, maintenance, route, security, transaction, monitoring and so on. For shielding the isomerism and difference of internal process, by accessing and participating public process through the broker, the point enterprises on supply chain realize business process integrating. Based on the research of existing integration technology, the article analyzed key technology of framework, such as message transmission pattern, data seal, data in transmission, service interface and so on. Besides it produced detailed design and the realization in integration platform, such as public process model, industry service bus and public process executing engine.Based on the research of system architecture and key technology, one business integration platform based on Web service technology, XML, SOAP was realized. This platform is a neutral and trade supply chain business integration platform, which realized dynamic and customizable public process management, besides through the broker and dynamic linked up enterprises'interior process, it realized enterprises'dynamic business process integration. All adds up effectively satisfied dynamic business interactive demand among enterprise groups of industry supply chain.
