The Equalization Of Public Cultural Services Of Public Library Construction Status And Path Exploration

We must insist that the Government leads efforts to increase investment, develops key cultural project,strengthens the construction of public cultural infrastructure and promotes the basic public services equalization of culture." In current and the future,culture construction will be in a high speed. As the Chinese Government concerns about public cultural services and financial configurations,the public libraries have a great development chance and prosperity to provide a strong guarantee for the equality of public cultural services to the community. In fact, the library in history not only acts as the social documentation collectors,but bears the burden of a disseminator of knowledge and culture.When people walk into a library, the librarians have the pursuit to protect the equal access to public service for the people. I have provided public culture service of work for ten years and have a deep feeling that how important the knowledge information for every people. The public library has major responsibility for parity culture service. I hopes through my work on public library guarantees can cause the concern of Government and society to strengthen public library construction, aiming to support the development of libraries.This article focused on the public library for providing public culture parity service area of policy,legal system and public library servicing readers area based both at home and abroad. It summaries the west and our country’s public library in public culture parity of service construction of exploration situation. It introduces Shandong province library of actual work for instance and analysis the difficulties and problem. I propose building covering facilities network of public libraries, the public libraries of the community services network, automated virtual network as well as furtherstrengthening self-construction of the library, strengthen government support mechanism, construct better public library in the public cultural equalization in the public way.
