Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Equipment Management System

Since we entered twenty-first Century, the world economy has been developedgreatly, all countries are developing their own national brand, adopte various policies toencourage the development of enterprises, Some enterprises have established branchcompanies in other countries, and expand the enterprises’ scale of the themselves.Equipment management system belongs to the information management system ofenterprise, it has the effective of connecting the internal production department ofenterprise, and it is mainly responsible for the basic management of enterpriseequipment and related information registration, and manage the process of equipmentusage, purchase and distribution. In this thesis, we take Liaocheng Xin Peng group asthe background, design and implement the equipment management system.This thesis firstly analyzes the existing problems in the process of enterpriseequipment management, and the development background of equipment managementsystem are briefly analyzed, at the same time, analysis the problems to solve, and theorganization of the thesis are analyzed, give the significance of developing theequipment management system. Secondly, take Liaocheng Xin Peng group as the studyobject, do the demand and demand analysis each of each part of the equipmentmanagement, each part of the equipment management’s needs are analyzed in detail,and the non-functional requirements of equipment management system are described.Thirdly, based on the analysis of the demand, the system design is divided into two parts:outline design and detailed design, outline design describes the technology platform,technical route, in the detailed design, do the detailed design of equipment managementsystem, at the same time, the equipment management system database is designed, partof the database table structure are analyzed in detail. Finally, according to the LiaochengXinpeng group equipment management needs analysis and functional design, usingJ2EE technology platform, realize the system, the main function of the equipmentmanagement system interface are introduced, the core code of the system use areintroduced, and the functional test system and non-functional test are brief descripted.At last, summarizes this thesis, discusses the next step of our work. Equipment management system achieves the integrated management of enterpriseequipment, simultaneously connects with the mobile phone platform, users can login thesystem via mobile phone, manage enterprise equipment system. The companyleadership can achieve the supervision of the situation of equipment management inenterprise through this system.
