In recent years,with the development of science and technology,great changes have taken place in the logistics and warehousing industry.Automated warehouse is a new sign in this industry.All industries have higher requirements for intelligence,which promotes the rapid development of three-dimensional warehouse.In the past,the traditional warehouse management will be chaotic,some systems are not implemented in place,the purchase of materials is unreasonable and poor predictability,but the modern warehouse technology management level is unparalleled before.Automated warehouse is a typical integrated automation system,which includes mechanical engineering,electrical control,communication network,software engineering and other technologies.The monitoring and management system is an important part of the automated warehouse,which is responsible for the important task of warehouse information management and equipment control.In this paper,we cooperated with the enterprises outside the school,took the automated warehouse as the research object,and used Kingview software to design the upper computer monitoring and management system based on the entity warehouse platform.In order to meet the actual needs of the enterprise,a reasonable scheme design is given,and the composition,function and connection mode of each part of the system are determined.The system provides a man-machine friendly visual operation interface for the warehouse management personnel.It can monitor the working status of the warehouse in real time through the monitoring management system,ensure the normal operation,and make timely judgment and treatment for the problems.The upper computer monitoring and management system includes equipment and location status display,goods in and out control,fault alarm,goods in and out information report,location optimization management,etc.In the design,we also study the optimal allocation of goods location,and choose genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the location of cooperative enterprise warehouse.By establishing the model of low center of gravity,less time for goods in and out of the warehouse,and close placement distance of goods,the multi-objective optimization function is established to solve the problem,which can better plan the storage location,obtain better storage stability,make better use of storage capacity,and improve the storage and retrieval efficiency to a certain extent,And by controlling the cost of materials in the warehouse,the efficiency is improved.The advantages and disadvantages of the final results of the two algorithms are through the comparison of the effectiveness of each subobjective before and after the optimization.After the comparative analysis,considering the whole optimization effect,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is better.Then,a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with improved weight strategy is proposed,which can improve the shelf stability,improve the utilization rate of warehouse location,improve the storage/retrieval efficiency,control the storage operation cost and improve the enterprise profit.Finally,through the debugging and analysis of the three-dimensional warehouse of the cooperative enterprise,the functions of manual and automatic control of the upper computer system to the threedimensional warehouse,inventory of goods in the warehouse,timely alarm of abnormal warehouse conditions and real-time monitoring of warehouse equipment status are realized,which verify the rationality and feasibility of the designed upper computer monitoring management system.
