Warehousing management plays an important role in commodity circulation,the operation efficiency of warehousing operations directly affect the production efficiency of enterprises,warehousing management capacity is the core driving force of the development of production enterprises,and the location allocation of warehouseist is the key condition affecting the operation efficiency of warehouse operations.At present,many warehouses of final liquor have achieved automated management in China,but the level of its warehousing management automation is still far behind.The existing location management of many warehouses still adopts classified random storage methods,which results in inefficient picking of warehouse management orders and low utilization of warehouse space.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the location allocation method of the final liquor warehouse.In order to improve the efficiency of the warehouse operation of the three-dimensional warehouse of final liquor,this paper focuses on optimization of the specific method of location allocation in the warehouse,and mainly carries out the following innovative research:(1)According to the data characteristics of the three-dimensional warehouse of the distillery,the two prediction method are combined to predict the stock-out frequency of the final liquor.The prediction result provides the data base for the optimization of product's stock-out efficiency and to a certain extent,it improves the problem that the storage space of each item in the final liquor warehouse is difficult to be estimated.(2)According to the end-user demand of the product,the correlation degree is mined and the products are classified by the cohesive subgroup analysis of the social network analysis.The improvement of the original complicated classification of products in the final liquor warehouse is realized,and the implementation of the classified method of the products in the final liquor warehouse is provided.(3)This paper comprehensively considers the three objectives of the product's stock-out efficiency,shelf stability and the correlation of the products,and then establishes the optimization model of the distribution of the automated warehouse location of the final liquor.Then,the dynamic mutation operator is introduced into the NSGA-? algorithm,and the NSAG-? algorithm suitable for the location allocation in the final liquor warehouse is designed to solve the multi-objective optimization model,and the concept of the optimal compromise solution is introduced to process the solution results.Finally,the optimization scheme and results are obtained through the simulation.Through the optimization of the location allocation and simulation analysis of the finished wine warehouse,the scheme of location allocation is obtained.The scheme improves the effectiveness of the product's stock out,shelf stability and the rationality of products classification.The research results verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,which not only provide new ideas for the improvement of the efficiency of warehouse operation,but also provide a reference for decision makers to make reasonable location allocation according to different market conditions and warehouse storage objectives.
