The intensive automated three-dimensional warehouse is operated by the shuttle board walking on the shelf track and the stacker to realize the intelligent access operation.The intensive automated three-dimensional warehouse reduces the storage space occupied by the stacker and increases the storage space utilization rate of the warehouse.This paper studies the allocation of cargo space in the intensive automated three-dimensional warehouse to improve the efficiency of the warehouse system.Through the analysis of the operation flow of the intensive automated three-dimensional warehouse,the main factor affecting the system efficiency is that the palletizer needs to carry the shuttle board,which increases the number of times the palletizer carries,thus greatly reducing the system efficiency.From directly connected to analysis,this paper research intensive automated stereoscopic warehouse goods orders the optimal distribution of goods,and tray order optimal distribution of goods,the goods loading and unloading operation order,further study to reduce stacker handling shuttle plate number,thus improving the efficiency of intensive automatic stereoscopic warehouse system operation.Starting from the types of goods pallet orders,this paper analyzes and discusses the structural characteristics of various types of warehousing operation order task intensive shelves:Loading and unloading cargo tray when a class is greater than the number of labour-intensive goods overhead position,will take the integer times of intensive shelves position tray number for the unit to carry through plate for one kind of situation,and will be such a case the cargo pallets directly zoning in intensive goods shelves as a whole to solve real tray or empty tray position;1)when loading and unloading cargo tray number greater than a certain class of labor-intensive goods overhead position,will with integer times to carry the tray number as the unit would be shuttle plate as a kind of condition,and the working condition of the cargo pallets directly zoning in intensive goods shelves as a whole to solve real tray or empty tray position;2)When the number of pallets in and out of a certain category is small,it is also considered to store them in the single-row goods space of the intensive shelves or in the under-full or all-empty intensive goods space of the intensive shelves under two working conditions.Finally,a 1:1 physical model of an enterprise's intensive automated three-dimensional warehouse was established by using Flexsim simulation software,and the operation results of the enterprise's random cargo allocation strategy were obtained.Compared with the simulation results,the operation efficiency of the stacker is improved by 10.4% and The Times of the stacker moving shuttle board are reduced by 30% in the strategy of optimizing the cargo location of the intensive automated three-dimensional warehouse by working conditions.Comparative verification shows that the research in this paper is feasible and effective.
