With the development of science and technology and the enhancement of comprehensive national strength,the demand of material flow and storage management has been greatly increased.The rise of automated warehouse has effectively alleviated the pressure of warehousing management.Automated warehouse,also known as high-rise shelf warehouse,is an important part of modern logistics by means of mechanical facilities and computer control system to achieve the operation of goods in and out of warehouse.Generally speaking,the automated warehouse system consists of high-rise shelves,roadway stackers,warehouse transportation system,peripheral equipment,warehouse management system and information communication system.A reasonable automated warehouse management system can not only rationally allocate resources,improve the advanced management,but also improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Aiming at the cooperative operation of stereoscopic warehousing and product processing,this paper designs an automated warehouse management system,which realizes the automatic operation of stereoscopic warehousing and production workshop.Considering that the management system needs to track the trajectory of AGV in the workshop,this paper uses a novel UWB positioning technology to realize the location of AGV,and uses Kalman filter to optimize the coordinates,which makes the trajectory of AGV in the monitoring interface smoother.The system mainly includes service management system and AGV management system.The service management system is based on B/S architecture and developed by ASP.NET technology.It can complete the management of order instruction distribution,software and hardware co-operation and material products.AGV management software is Winform software based on C #.After inquiring the task instructions,it controls AGV to and fro between the shelf and the processing table,and cooperates with the vehicle-mounted manipulator to complete the transportation and access tasks of materials and products.The automated warehouse management system designed in this paper controls the hardware equipment to complete a series of automation operations,such as material discharging,AGV transportation,processing table and product warehousing,according to the task orders issued by customers.It reduces the cost of manpower,improves the safety factor of personnel,and is also the trend of enterprise production in the future.
