Enterprise merger and acquisition should not only evaluate the final result of the effective integration of the target company and the synergy effect after the merger and acquisition,but also consider the overall integration effect of personnel management.The key factor for the success of M & A is the integration of human resources.For the long-term development of enterprises,talents are the guarantee of the core competitiveness of enterprises and the cornerstone of sound development of enterprises.Therefore,in the process of enterprise merger and acquisition,how to realize the effective integration of human resources and formulate the best human resources integration plan according to the actual development status of enterprises,so as to retain excellent talents and meet the diversified and changeable human resources integration needs after enterprise merger and acquisition become the top priority.This paper uses the methods of case analysis,questionnaire and interviewUnder the guidance of core competence theory,corporate culture theory and process reengineering theory,through the classic case analysis and empirical research of Jinzhong media's merger and acquisition of chuchen media,it is concluded that there are some problems in the human resource integration after the merger and acquisition of Jinzhong media:the human resource integration does not match with the overall business strategy,the human resource system difference leads to the low efficiency of the integration process,and the personnel turnover is serious Thirdly,the integration of performance pay system is not in place,the internal communication and coordination is not smooth,and the cultural integration is not in place.This paper puts forward the human resource integration strategy in Jinzhong media merger and acquisition from the aspects of realizing the matching of human resource integration and overall business strategy,formulating human resource system integration strategy,personnel turnover and retention strategy,salary and performance integration strategy,and establishing good communication channels.This paper provides the summary of the work of effective integration of human resources It can provide practical guidance for human resource integration of other similar enterprises after M & A.
