The dynamic real-time visualization of industrial production process is of great significance to industrial production.In the process of visualizing industrial production,the commonly used configuration software does not carry out the layering of the system structure.The data transmission process of the industrial production process has many procedures,and the user's use process is more complicated;at the same time,developers cannot carry out effective division of labor and cooperation,development time Long,difficult,and high maintenance cost;the graphical controls provided by the tool library are limited.In order to visualize the data and information of the industrial production process more conveniently and quickly,this paper adopts a hierarchical design of the system,based on the B/S network model,adopts the MVC design model,uses the ASP.NET Core 3.1 development platform,uses the C#development language,Using SVG format graphic elements,using AJAX data interaction technology,and designing and implementing a Web-oriented industrial production process visualization system through SQL Server 2012 database storage.Aiming at the problems of limited graphic controls of general configuration software,complex structure,multiple data transmission procedures,etc.,this paper adopts the hierarchical design of the system and realizes the flow chart library that can customize the imported graphics in the editing mode,drawing and easy-to-use flow chart editing Zone,a data dynamic binding module that realizes fast data interaction,and the function of observing and acquiring dynamic real-time industrial production process data in a visualization mode.Design the database in terms of conceptual structure and logical structure,use the database as the data interaction center of the system,and realize operations such as data storage,addition,deletion,modification,and query.In view of the large amount of data,complexity and management inconvenience in the industrial production process,the flow chart management module is designed and implemented from the aspects of flow chart project and equipment management.The upper computer module is designed for the data reading layer to realize the provision of dynamically changing data information to the database.The expected results are achieved through various tests,and the development of the system is finally completed.
