Research On 3D Visualization Design Of Industrial Production Management Software Interface

The rise of intelligent manufacturing has led more and more companies to strive to achieve and develop intelligent management factories to achieve information visualization.The visual display of information is mainly realized through the interface.The information collected by the sensor and the data acquisition system is processed and displayed through the interface,and the human-computer interaction is performed based on the interface.Nowadays,many manufacturing companies are still traditional production management software,which can not meet the needs of development.It is necessary to upgrade existing traditional software and add 3D visual virtual equipment to management software so that managers can be practical.Information decision making.Firstly,on the one hand,this paper analyzes the three-dimensional visualization of industrial production management system from two aspects:theoretical research and application status.On the other hand,from the perspective of user's perspective on the cognitive properties of human eyes,this paper analyzes the causes of three-dimensional visualization.Technical background,application background,development trends and necessity.Secondly,combined with the results of literature review and case study,the subject is developed with three-dimensional visualization design,summarizing the design process of the current three-dimensional visual design,and performing three-dimensional visual design according to the design flow to complete the actual project production.At the same time,using the literature reference Expert interviews,principal component analysis and factor analysis have constructed a set of visual utility evaluation theory systems.Finally,based on the system design questionnaire to investigate the visual utility evaluation of the manager after using the two-dimensional visualized operation interface and the post-design three-dimensional visual operation interface,the advantages of the three-dimensional visualization and the problems still existing in the design are discovered through the analysis of the data.This optimizes the design and finally completes the design of 3D visualization in industrial production management.
