Design And Implementation Of Configurable Industrial Remote Monitoring Software Based On Android

With the rapid development of mobile Industrial IoT, as Android-based monitoring meets the needs of Industrial Io T. Some faults still exist in mobile monitoring software, such as communication program cannot be reused in data parsing step or data displaying programs cannot be extended in data presentation step. Therefore, to increase software reusability and extendability, a remote monitoring scheme was presented here to implement a configurable Android monitoring software for Industrial IoT.Firstly, Discuss the requests of Android monitoring software like visualization, security, Real-time and historicality, Design the general framework of Android monitoring software system.Secondly, Study data visualization technology, set the visualization step into logical separation, so as to propose a data visualization display model based on configuration file. Data communication protocol configuration file was written in data filtering module after studied fundamental organization structure with elements like ranking, option et al of communication protocol. Separate visualization engine with data collection and mapping transform which is based on XML, interact engine with extend program by API, data displaying configuration file would be written in data description module.Then, Design four configurable module for Android monitoring software. In Real-time data module achieve the functions of displaying Real-time data in grid, controlling options and displaying dynamic models according to needs by choosing Unity3 D engine. In software security module insert authentication and authority management to promoting security of software. In historical data module use PostgreSQL database to read and write, and display historical data in line chart. In Process alarming module use Android broadcasting receivers and Hkust xunfei voice package to implement voice alarming and alarm data displayed in table.Finally, Configurable Android monitoring software can be verified in three aspects, function, performance and loading capacity in industrial electrical remote monitoring scenario.
