With the formulation and implementation of the "Made in China 2025" plan,traditional industries are gradually transitioning to network and information technology.Among them,industrial wireless networks have an irreplaceable role in industrial production due to their advantages of low cost,high degree of flexibility,and strong scalability.However,industrial wireless networks have the disadvantages of high management difficulty and difficulties in troubleshooting,which pose challenges for network deployment,stable operation,and reliable data transmission.Aiming at the actual requirements of industrial sites,this paper has designed a visual configuration system for industrial wireless network,which realizes the centralized management,visual configuration and fault monitoring of industrial wireless networks and solves the above problems.This paper applies the idea of software-defined network to industrial wireless network,designs a complete system architecture for on-line configuration of industrial wireless network,and elaborates the hardware design principle and software implementation flow of each component of the system.The system consists of wireless nodes,wireless gateways,and control terminals.Among them,the wireless node uses LoRa technology to send and receive data,accepting the network configuration of the control terminal.The wireless gateway adds the Wi-Fi module to the wireless node,realizes the convergence of heterogeneous networks through protocol conversion,and distributes configuration commands.The control terminal is implemented based on the Android operating system.Its main functions are to centrally allocate addresses,set node attributes,and plan data transmission paths.Provides a fully functional,user-friendly solution for wireless network configuration.Aiming at address allocation and routing,a bit mask address allocation and routing strategy is proposed,which reduces the complexity of wireless node routing and lays a foundation for the centralized configuration of wireless networks.This system is implemented through hardware design and software programming,and has been tested.The test results show that the control terminal can accurately allocate addresses according to the address allocation policy,realize the visual configuration of the wireless network,and monitor the quality of the communication link;the wireless gateway can realize the integration of heterogeneous networks;the wireless node can accurately forward the data of the communication interface according to the configuration.The system design scheme is reasonable and feasible.
